Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy reflects the current prototype. It does not describe a real payment-processing or escrow service.

No current platform payment processing

Ubhaar-Vyapaar currently uses simulated funding and release states for demo order workflows. No real payment is charged through the platform at present. No actual money is collected, held, moved, or released by Ubhaar-Vyapaar, and no real escrow account is currently provided.

Because the platform does not currently process real monetary payments, platform-processed monetary refunds are not currently performed.

Current cancellation functionality

The data model contains order statuses such as cancelled or disputed, but the current user-facing code audit did not identify a safe buyer/manufacturer order-cancellation workflow. This page does not advertise self-service cancellation functionality that is not implemented.

Future policy review

If real payments, escrow, refunds, cancellations, platform fees, or payment-provider integrations are introduced later, this policy must be replaced with business-approved and legally reviewed terms before launch.
